Interdepartmental peer review

A regional network of endocrine units that review each other's services and share what works.

How peer review works

Units across the North West review each other's practice, learn from each other and raise standards. Taking part is voluntary and open to members' units.

  1. 1

    A unit asks

A member asks for a review of one area of their service, such as a pathway or a clinic.

  2. 2

    The office matches

The Society office pairs the request with a reviewing unit from another trust.

  3. 3

    The units meet

The two units agree a date and the scope. What they share stays between them.
