Our approach

We use essential cookies to make this website work, and we ask before using any others. There are no advertising or social media cookies. Our fonts are served from this website, so reading these pages sends nothing to Google or any other company.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to work, so the law does not require your consent for them and you cannot turn them off here. The sign-in cookies are set only when you sign in, and removed when you sign out.

Essential cookies
Cookie	What it does	How long it lasts
`nwes_refresh`	Keeps you signed in. It holds a sign-in token the site uses to renew your session. Scripts on the page cannot read it.	Until you close your browser, and no longer than 12 hours. If you tick “Keep me signed in on this device”: 30 days.
`nwes_session`	Tells the pages that you are signed in, so they can show your account links. It holds only the value 1.	Until you close your browser, and no longer than 12 hours. If you tick “Keep me signed in on this device”: 30 days.
`nwes_cookie_consent`	Remembers whether you accepted analytics cookies, so we do not ask you on every page.	1 year

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies would tell us how people use the site, such as which pages they visit, so we can improve it. We have not added an analytics service yet. Your choice is saved now so that, if we do, analytics cookies are only ever set for visitors who have accepted them, and this page will list them first.

Managing cookies in your browser
