Membership FAQs

Who can join NWES?

Anyone working in or towards endocrinology in North West England — consultants, SAS doctors, scientists, specialist nurses, trainees, students and allied professionals. If you are unsure which category fits, the Society office will happily advise.

When does membership run from?

Membership runs for twelve months from the day you join, with a renewal reminder by email a month before it lapses. Renewal takes one click from the members' area.

Can my department pay for several members at once?

Yes — group renewals are available for departments and study budgets. Contact the Society office for a single invoice covering your team.

What does membership fund?

NWES is run on a not-for-profit basis. Fees directly fund the events programme, the mentoring scheme, awards and bursaries, and the upkeep of clinical resources.
